We wanted to learn more about Tiffany, so we interviewed her for our blog!
What has been your journey with body positivity?
My journey with body positivity first started my blogging journey. I was so afraid of what people would think about me, which caused me to hesitant about being 100 % authentic.
I’ve even had people call me names and say mean things under my pictures, but once I started to see the support from my peers and really learned to love myself I started to just tune it out.
I want to encourage women like me no matter what their shape and size is to love themselves.
What is a message you would give to others who may have body image issues?
You are beautiful. No matter what anybody says or how they treat you are a beautiful human being.
What motivates you when you’re feeling low either in confidence or creative energy?
My support systems my other, family, friends, my blogger friends, speaking daily affirmations, prayer, and uplifting music.
What was the final push for starting your blog I Love Me So Much? (LOVE that name btw)
My self-love journey is what really pushed me to start my blog. I wanted to learn to genuinely live a happy and healthy life, so I figured what not share and document my process.
With your company Brand Made Marketing, what has been the most exhilarating part about starting a business? And what was the most difficult?
With Brand Made Marketing the most exhilarating part about is now I teach other females to build a brand or business from actual experience. The best teacher you could ever have is someone whose been through it.
I wish someone would’ve showed me everything about blogging/ influencing in the beginning. So now that I have the opportunity I want to help others get started.
How would you describe your style?
FEMININE on steroids/Chic! I have been a girly girl since I was 2!! I love FUFU(pink), Ruffles, Dresses, Heels, Bright colors, bows, prints, maxi dresses, and a lot of accessories.
What is your favorite fashion trend? Or one you are excited to try?
Right now I love the oversized sleeves and Slip Dresses. I’m excited to try new colors and denim on denim look.
How do you think the world is changing (if it is) to be more or less inclusive to plus size people?
I think world is trying to get on board when it comes to plus size inclusivity, but we still have a way to go. At the end of the day we are all human so we should be treated the same across the board size shouldn’t have anything to do with it.
Who is someone you admire in the entrepreneurship or fashion world who you look to for inspiration?
I have so many people in the fashion world- Issa Rae, @Beauticurve, Monroe Steele, Blair Eadie, Carrie Bradshaw (SJP), Chante Burkett, and, @PocketsandBow (Brittany)
